This page doubles as a research brief. Below is everything we already own. What we want more of is ownable data and reference assets: a question with real demand that nobody currently owns the answer to, answered with a defensible method. Three ways to find one:
Data that doesn't exist yet and we could create: a survey, FOI requests, systematic collection from public records, or our own operational data. Example: "what day of the week do UK businesses actually pay invoices?" — nobody publishes it, every finance journalist wants the line.
Take an official UK dataset (ONS, NHS, Insolvency Service, FCA, Bank of England, DWP, gov.uk) and cut it by a dimension nobody has published: county/region, sector, company size, age band, time of year. A national statistic becomes a county league table that exists only on our page.
Combine public datasets never put together: insolvency rates × payment terms by sector, adviser density × regional demand, price × effective dose. The joined view is the original work.

ON HOLD — this site cannot be worked on for now. Listed for the record only: no new assets, no changes, no research ideas against it until it is released. Equity release / lifetime mortgages; biggest asset base in the fleet (19 datasets + 46 calculators + 42 guides). Site is access-gated pre-launch, so the links below won't open without the access code.
